  1. How could I get samples?

    If you want to get sample from us, please send an email to sales@ecsem.net or enquiry online to inform us which items you are interested in, we will let you know how to process the sample affair, it is very simple. Normally speaking, the shipping charge is USD 10.00 for the normal shipment.  if you want to accelerate the shipping speed, please inform us in the email early.  We will choose courier service according to your delivery date requirement. We will send the samples and inform you the tracking number after receipt of your payment.

  2. How can I get your price list?

    Please send Email to sales@ecsem.net or enquiry online to inform us which items you are interested in. We will offer you our price list within 24 hours.

  3. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on products or package?

    Yes. Logo or imprints can be printed on our products by silkscreen printing. The minimum quantity or silkscreen printing is 2000units pre logo. You can send us the artwork by Email in CDR and AI format if you want your logo. Company name to be printed on the package for the products such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000units per model. You can send us the artwork by Email in CDR and AI format.

  4. How to place an order?

    Please send us your purchase order by Email or order online. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order.
    Shipping information, company name, detail street address, phone number. For large quantity, need information of destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
    * Product information-model numbers, quantity, unit price.
    * Delivery time required.
    * Freight payment (by collect or prepay)
    * Forwarder's contact details(in China or HongKong)

  5. What's your usual payment term for orders?

    Telegraphic transfer(T/T) or Western Union transfer to our bank account after order confirmation. We also accept panyment by Credit Card, PayPal for small order, but not accept credit card for large order.

  6. How can the products be sent to us?

    For small quantity or weight less than 20Kgs,sent usually by courier, For orders from 20to 500Kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. The transportation way depends on client's choice, Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport,sea port).

  7. What's the warranty of your products?

    Full 12months, depending on the products.We accept free replacement for unqualified products.Read more...

  8. How can we become your sole distributor?

    If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, youcould be one of our distributors in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

  9. Do you accept OEM projects?

    Yes, OEM projects are welcome.

  10. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products,what to do?

    We are manufacturer and we don't accept retail order.
